You always get sent home with written instructions for follow up care. One time I went home with a DVD of my CT scan. I have never seen that before! Initially, our insurance was out of network but the out of pocket expense was still less than our responsibility out of pocket if we had gone to the ER.
I do have to say the time you save being treated there is priceless. As soon as you enter Crucial Care you are greeted with a smile and are brought back to a room immediately. I am not sure why they have a waiting room since there is no wait! I hope I do not have to use Crucial Care very often but when something does occur that it becomes necessary I would not hesitate in the least bit."
