When employees use Crucial Care appropriately in place of a Hospital ER, validated savings can be as high as $1200 per visit or greater. Crucial Care has established a number of direct contracts with self-funded organizations.

PLANS FOR BUSINESS
Employers offer the monthly plan to employees.
Employers decide who is responsible to pay the monthly fee.
Employees decide whether to participate in the plan.
There is no minimum participation requirement.
Monthly cost is $50 per adult and $50 for up to 4 children.
Employee = $50
Employee plus dependent = $100
Family (up to 4 children) = $150
The covered member pays only $35 per visit with no balance billing. Plus, there's no limit on visits. So for less than the cost of a gym membership, your employees can have easy access to treatment for these types of illnesses and injuries.
This is not insurance. Crucial Care is a medical practice that can provide services for employer sponsored plans for a capitated rate and a small per visit fee.

The typical Crucial Care visit costs only 1/3 as much as the typical ER visit, and Crucial Care has a low hospitalization rate.
Employer determines the cost per visit to be paid by employee at time of visit.
Balance is billed directly to employer.
The Crucial Care cost per visit will be printed on the custom card.
A lower cost per visit encourages employees to seek care at Crucial Care.
